    JOB DESCRIPTION - AK Teaching urgently require Behaviour Support Assistants to work within an AP in Sunderland and South Tyneside.

    ROLE - The role will include assisting in the classroom as well as being comfortable to take the students outdoors. The students will be KS3 and KS4 (Years 7 to 11) so you must be confident supporting these ages.

    CANDIDATE - You will have experience working with children and young adults with very challenging behaviour. It is not necessary that you have a Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification, as long as you can engage and build relationships with the students. You MUST have a valid DBS on the update service or be willing to apply for a new one.
